Marc Dalessio is an American artist born in 1972 in Los Angeles. His childhood in the Fiji islands and in California has led him to develop an unusual artistic sense. After studying biology and then an artistic university course in Santa Cruz, Marc deepened his pictorial knowledge during four years spent in Florence at the workshop of Charles H. Cecil. It was there that he developed a rigorous know-how similar to the academic style of the 19th century. Very inspired by the writings of the Renaissance, his paintings are the fruits of exceptional talent combined with remarkable technical knowledge. Today Marc travels the world making portraits on commission and painting beautiful landscapes. Marc Dalessio est un artiste américain né en 1972 à Los Angeles. Son enfance aux iles Fidji et en Californie ont développé chez lui un sens artistique hors du commun. Après des études en biologie puis un cursus universitaire artistique à Santa Cruz, Marc a approfondi ses connaissances picturales durant quatre années passées à Florence à l’atelier de Charles H.
